Being bilingual allows you to understand people better by listening to their life stories,them telling jokes and how they express themselves freely. It bridges the gap among people who have a different culture,upbring and culture. It can often feel like a superpower to navigate thorough the world in each language. Biligualism allows you to have opportunite to teach, travel, interpret and launch international business deals.


Even though being bilingual is like having superpowers it is not always a smooth sailing journey or like they say in spanish "pan comido". Switching between two different worlds.Often times grammar and pronunciation from one language can slip into the other without realizing it.
This could cause sentences such as "I want to be this ,pero es bien costoso (but it is way too much). So I will save up for it.Learning a language as a highschooler or as a adult can be a very different experience especially when you are around friends that grew up bilingual, because it takes a minute to get used to them switching effortlessly,but after sometime you start to catch on regularly even if they do not go out their way to talk to you directly in spanish.Here is an example of Italian and English being spoken an the speakers switching back and forth.
